The governor is expected to sign a Rockland state senator’s bill that would go a long way in closing the 20% wage gap that exists between men and women in New York. The state legislature last month passed senator David Carlucci’s bill, which Carlucci told “The Morning Show” yesterday would ban employers from asking job applicants about their current or previous salaries…
Carlucci says the law would result in equal compensation for all job applicants. The law would go into effect six months after getting the governor’s signature.
