Rockland County is in a three-way tie for the lowest unemployment rate in the state, and just a smidge out of the top spot. And it’s not stopping there. The Rockland County Youth Bureau wants employers from the private sector, local government, and not-for-profit agencies to participate in the 2019 Youth Employment Program.
