The 23rd anniversary of the September 11th, 2001, terror attacks is tomorrow, and several ceremonies are being held throughout the county. Rockland County’s event is being held tomorrow morning at Haverstraw Bay County Park in Haverstraw, where family members will read the names of Rockland County victims. A bell will toll at 8:46 for the first plane crash on the North Tower of the World Trade Center, again at 9:03 for the second plane crash into the South Tower. Bells will ring to mark the attack on the Pentagon, the collapse of the Towers, the crash of flight 93 in Pennsylvania, and for the 1993 Trade Center bombing.
