Rockland’s County Executive last night presented his State of the County Address. Ed Day thanked all the county workers that mobilized to make sure residents could get their COVID shots efficiently during the pandemic. He also praised the local company that helped develop the vaccine right here in our backyard…
Day also cited new deals that are bringing new business and jobs to the area…
The State of the County Address is traditionally delivered in February but was delayed this year to allow for increased focus on the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccinations.
Rockland has lost one more to COVID, the total number of deaths is now 975. We have 22 hospitalized and a total of 683 active coronavirus cases.
