The Sain Building has once again failed to clear a hurdle, keeping it from being sold. Minority Leader Lon Hofstein says an opportunity to declare the building surplus last week couldn’t get out of committee and come up for a full vote in the legislature…

The future of the Sain building has been debated for about 3 and-a-half years and was officially closed in December 2017 when the last county employees there moved out.
