A New York City company is reportedly planning to buy the former Novartis property in Suffern and use it for warehouse and commercial space. The 167-acre campus could bring in significant property taxes and jobs, perhaps the closing could come this summer. That’s according to the Journal News. Tina Traster is the editor of the Rockland County Business Journal, and says turning old properties into warehouse space is a growing trend…
The property is on Old Mill Road on the border of Suffern and Montebello.
Officials from Brookfield did not comment for The Journal News article.
