A shooting over the weekend at a home on a usually quiet cul-de-sac in Clarkstown has some questioning the rules regarding rental properties. The house at the center of the incident on Turnberry Court in New City sold just last month and was, police say, being used as a rental property. Four Brooklyn men and a juvenile were arrested early Saturday afternoon after multiple gunshots were fired outside the house. There were no injuries reported. The charges against the suspects range from attempted murder, criminal use of a firearm and reckless endangerment.
