A South Nyack man has been indicted by a Rockland grand jury for the murder of a 35-year-old Nyack man last month. D-A Tom Walsh said 26 year-old Wendy Jean faces one count of second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, in the death of Gregory Dubuisson, who was shot twice. That’s according to the Journal News. Jean faces a maximum of 25 years to life in state prison if convicted.
