What many feel is a long overdue addition to Rockland’s arsenal in the battle against COVID – a state-run centralized vaccination facility – opens tomorrow at Rockland Community College. The Field House will become the latest in the fight to vaccinate New Yorkers against coronavirus. Rockland State Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick says it comes at a time when case counts are starting to tick up again…
You can make an appointment online (click here) or by calling the state’s COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline at 1-833-NYS-4-VAX (1-833-697-4829).
Starting today, New Yorkers over the age of 30 are eligible to make an appointment and get vaccinated. On April 6th, everyone over the age of 16 will qualify for the vaccine.
