Up in North Rockland, Stony Point voters will have their say on a proposed housing project slated for about 24 acres of their portion of the former Letchworth Village complex. The project is in its exploratory phase, and costs for the development are still being figured out, but it is expected to include housing that appeals to many different demographics, and various improvements to the property.
