The town of Stony Point and the town’s PAL are hosting a pair of scary drive-in movies Saturday, one for kids and one for the grown-ups. Supervisor Jim Monaghan says this event is more COVID-friendly than their usual Halloween shenanigans…
The fun starts at 4pm with some pottery craft-making, then the double feature starts at 6pm with Casper, followed at 8pm by the 2018 edition of Halloween featuring Jaime Lee Curtis, who also starred in the original in 1978. If you wear a costume, you’ll receive a special treat, and no, your COVID mask probably won’t count as a costume. It’s on the Stony Point Justice Court lawn on Patriot Hills Lane.
