A Suffern man was arrested Thursday on charges he failed to pay nearly $30 million dollars in payroll and unemployment taxes, and benefit plan fraud. In a statement, U.S. Attorney General Philip Sellinger said 62 year-old Joseph Schwartz faces prison time and fines stemming from the 18 counts filed against him. Sellinger said Schwartz, the principal owner of Skyline Management Group in New Jersey, neglected to pay various taxes for employees at 95 health care and rehab facilities he ran in eleven different states.
