The Suffern teen charged in Saturday’s fatal crash in Montebello has had his junior driver’s license revoked and has been barred from communicating with the accident’s survivors. News 12 reports the unidentified 17-year-old was going 70 miles an hour in a 45 mile-an-hour zone on Route 202 when his Jaguar slammed into a utility pole early Saturday morning. He was in court Monday, and ordered to check in daily with probation. He can only go to school, doctors’ appointments or meetings connected to his case. He’s charged with manslaughter, DWI, vehicular manslaughter and other felonies. Three others in the car suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Funeral services for Suffern High School sophomore Jacqueline Zangrilli are being held tomorrow morning at Sacred Heart Church in Suffern.
