A suspended Rockland County corrections officer already facing scores of charges now faces additional accusations. Rockland’s D-A says 35 year-old John Kezek of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Florida in Orange County, was indicted yesterday on first- and third-degree criminal sexual acts, both felonies, and official misconduct. The charges stem from a continuing investigation. He was being held at the Rockland County jail on $100,000 bail. He’s due back in court June 17th. Kezek had already been charged with 78 counts of mistreating inmates and falsifying jail records. Rockland D-A Tom Walsh encourages anyone who might have been a victim, or witness, to contact the D-A’s office.
