Two Brooklyn men will spend time in prison after pleading guilty late last week to charges stemming from a home invasion in Garnerville last year. Rockland District Attorney Tom Walsh says 39 year-old Dwayne Holmes and 36 year-old Keinone Wilson are both expected to get at least ten years in state prison after pleading guilty to Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Walsh says last September the two entered an apartment on Hasbrouck Drive in Garnerville. They forced two young children inside to stay quiet while they ransacked the apartment. An adult male relative entered the apartment to check on the children, he was then pistol-whipped and shot at as the suspects ran out of the apartment. The suspects were caught after a brief car and foot chase. No word yet on their sentencing date.
