Two were shot on Friday in Monsey, a 17 year-old has died of his injuries, another unidentified man is in critical condition. The Journal News says police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of the Regency Village Apartments near 34 Monsey Boulevard Friday afternoon around 3:15. Spring Valley police found one of the victims nearby at 1 Fletcher Road. Both reportedly had multiple gunshot wounds. They were taken to Westchester Medical Center.
