The Clarkstown Police Department has identified the victim of Thursday’s fatal car accident at Palisades Center in West Nyack. 66 year old Diane Brothers of Fredricksburg, Virginia, was killed in the two-car crash near the main entrance at Snake Hill Road. The cause of death has not yet been determined. The investigation continues.
