The weather hasn’t been a deterrent to early voters here in the county. People have been continuing to line up all week to get their votes in early, ahead of Tuesday’s election. But it hasn’t been without its challenges, on top of the long lines, there have also been a few electioneering issues. Despite attempts by Assemblyman Ken Zebrowski and several Rockland County Legislators to extend early voting hours here, the schedule for the last three days of early voting at town halls in Clarkstown, Haverstraw, Orangetown and Ramapo hasn’t been changed. You can vote today [from 9] until 5, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 until 2PM. There’s no early voting Monday, and Election Day is next Tuesday. And you don’t have to be a resident of a particular town to vote early at any town hall.
