The Rockland County Department of Health has found its first group of mosquitoes testing positive for West Nile Virus this year. The infected mosquitoes came from a trap in Orangetown earlier this month. No human cases have been reported so far, the last one in Rockland was last year. West Nile can cause serious complications, including neurological diseases, and can also cause a milder flu-like illness, including fever, headache, and body aches.
