A 63 year-old West Nyack man has been indicted for second degree murder and concealment of a human corpse, in the death a man who had been missing for several days prior to being found June 16th. Rockland’s District Attorney says the body of Brian Romney was found in the home of Joseph Janulewicz with multiple stab wounds. Romney had been reported missing on June 8th when he did not show up to a relative’s home as expected. Janulewicz was sent to the Rockland County Jail. He faces a maximum of 25 years to life in state prison, if convicted of the top count.
