The third-round winners of the “Get A Shot to Make Your Future” COVID-19 vaccine incentive program were announced yesterday, and once again, none was from Rockland. Winners get a full scholarship to any New York public college or university, including tuition and room and board. They’ll be doing this contest for two more weeks.
