A woman died yesterday afternoon after reportedly jumping from an upper floor inside Palisades Center. Clarkstown Police say they responded to the mall around 2:45 Sunday and found a 32 year-old Rockland woman had jumped. Clarkstown Police Detective Norman Peters says officers administered CPR, she was then taken to Montefiore Nyack Hospital, where she died of her injuries.
